KC250B Large Package TFO Twister Two For One Twisting Machine
It is applied for making twisting of single-ply and multiplied yarns of DTY, POY, FDY, viscose rayon etc. in yarn count 75D-1000D.
Features
A. Convenient operation, reasonable transmission, compact construction and attractive appearance;
B. Flexible option on single spindle's packaging edge; also flexible operation on put on / take off taking-up bobbins;
C. It can possibly omit troubles other two-for-one twisters need to divide into small yan cones to produce; the processes of KC250B no need that so its process is decreased and easy, the efficiency and yarn quality can be improved also.
D. Manual renegade spindle-braking system is easier to operate, and also it can extend the life of belt and spindles. KC250B: make yarn twisted in the low and medium TPM;
