KCM made the SAMSUNG Profile based on CAPRI Modification, the Whole Forming Line Includes as following:(Specially for CAPRI)
1.Sheet Loading Station: By Two Sheet Stack with Ground Rail Movement;
2.Punching Stations: For Water Dispenser, Electronic Displayer Window, Door Handle and other Needed Apertures etc… Punching and Piercing in advance so that later Forming Step be processed smoothly;
3.Bending and Forming Step-I: According to Profile for Longitudinal Sides;
4.Bending and Forming Step-II: According to Profile for Longitudinal Sides;
5.Robot by Mechanical Arm: Moving Metal Parts to next Stations for End Side Bending and other Steps Forming such as Windows of Water Dispenser and Displayer;
6.Displayer Forming Station: After Punching and Need for Forming Frames;
7.Water Dispenser Forming Station: After Punching and need for Forming Peripheral Sides;
8.Unloading Position by Free Roller or Operation Table for Picking up Finished Parts.
All SYSTEM by PLC Controlling and Sheet Moving by Clamping Device so that Fast movement can be realized for saving time and keep productivity is high and Efficiency.
