Kecheng DL5Y Floor 4000 rpm Low Speed Oil Test Centrifuge
DL5Y crude oil moisture measurement centrifuge was designed based on the method to measure moisture and precipitate in crude oil (centrifugation method) and manufactured based on GB/T6533-86 standard to utilize centrifugation to measure the level of moisture and precipitate in the crude oil. Therefore it is an ideal equipment for oil extraction and for scientific institute to measure moisture level.
Key Features: Large LCD and LED display (options for the users), able to display rotor model, RPM, timing, temperature, RCF, acceleration/deceleration rate and error message etc. Adopted ring shape heater to facilitate rapid and even heating, equipped with temperature control and maintenance functions to fulfill the temperature requirement of petroleum industry for centrifuges. Adopted large torque frequency variable motor to enable stable and rapid acceleration and deceleration, long life and maintenance free, low noise level, stability greatly enhanced. Centrifuge tubes made by special technology to prevent rupture during operation. It has been widely used in Daqing oil field. Error auto diagnosis system able to detect errors including over speed, over heat, imbalance and door lid self-lock etc, and window display the error messages to enhance the safety features of the equipment. Easy to operate:Controlled by computer, touch screen, able to set up rotor model, RPM, RCF, temperature, timing, acceleration/deceleration rate, and modify these parameters during operation, user friendly.
