Product Description
According to the product design, these valves use filtered inert gas or air. The working pressure shall not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of 8 bars, and the minimum medium or ambient temperature is -10 10 oC. The installation and maintenance of valves must be carried out by qualified personnel. When installing the valve with ex-mark, make sure that all metals or conductors are effectively grounded and the valve body is grounded through solid bolts.
Pneumatic connection and instructions:
1. Connect the conduit according to the instructions on the nameplate, and the solenoid valve interfaces are G1 and 4
2. Air inlet 1 (inlet of main air supply)
3. Air outlets 2 and 4 (connecting the working hole of the actuator)
4. Exhaust ports 3 and 5 (install muffler)
Description of working principle:
1. When the power is off, 1 and 2 are connected; there is gas at port 2 and no gas at port 4, and the valve is closed.
2. When the solenoid valve is powered on, ports 1 and 4 are connected; there is no gas at port 2 and gas at port 4. The valve is opened. When the power is off, the valve will close automatically.
3. If the valve needs to be opened for a long time, the solenoid valve coil needs to be energized for a long time and will be closed automatically in case of power failure( Double coil control is recommended)
4. When the solenoid valve controls the single-acting actuator, the solenoid valve selects the two-position three-way state (the plug of port 2 is blocked). When powered on, 1 and 4 are connected, the valve opens, and when powered off, the valve closes automatically.
