Heating method: by conductive oil/steam fin tube or gas burner system. (customerized in accordance with actual needs of customer)
Gloves for used in metal, glass, chemical . petroleum operators , fire works operators and electric current resistant

Knitted Labor Glove Dipping Machine Details
1:All machine movements are controlled by advanced PLC program panel. Easy to operate and control.
2:Automatic design completely according to the chemical capability of raw material and glove moulding craftwork, compact facility flow.
3:One set multiple-function labor glove machine is consisted of knitted glove drying system, coagulate dipping tank, latex/nitrile dipping tank, vibration system, level controlling system, foam /wrinkle dipping tank(optional), latex even fan, latex/nitrile uniform system, pre-vulcanization heating zone, main drying zone, stripping system,(automatic stripping machine is optional) & strip/wearing working zone.+heating ovens
4:Using advanced designed aluminum hand moulds, 4 type, S/M/L/XL is available. Hand moulds type is available for palm dipping, 3/4 dipping.
Notice: specialized type of knitted glove dipped in chemical compounding process will be charged extra according to customer, we can also supply necessary compounding instruments like ball mill & compounding barrel & others

Required knitted liner glove
10/13 gauge cotton/polyester liner with overlocking, dipping knitted glove in the process tank, then vibration, surface uniform, then go into heating oven.

The knitted glove must be knitted according to the size of aluminum hand moulds then heated in the drying machine so that the density of the knitted glove would be suitable for the coagulation & process dipping.

Type: palm dipping & 3/4 dipping
