Direct warping machines are designed for warping the yarn on section beams. According to the different types of yarn, the warping machine was divided as filament warping machine, elastic warping machine, and split warping machine for processing the yarn from nature fiber, spandex, mother yarn, etc.
Warping machine is developed under the high precise computer-controlled system, which reduces the waster of raw material, and achieves the equal tension of the yarn. The wide beam and big diameter beam can be processed on our tailed made big warper which brings high efficiency for the end-user.
KNOTTING MACHINE
Now our company has a kind of new machine, we call it "Knotting machine".
It is invented by our boss and his friends, have a patent for invention. There is now the only one in China.
For our new knotting machines, 1 beam = Max.10 minutes, so 6 beams = Max.1 hour, and only need one person. It will save a lot of time and labour.
