1.Material :
A.)All Q355B Steel for standard long reach boom (strenght:345Mpa).
B.)Heavy-duty long reach boom and excavator tonnage above 40ton :we use Q690D high strength steel (strength:690Mpa,same as
Weldox700 in Europe )
2.Internal view(spaced by vertical and horizontal reinforcement plate at regular interval)
3.All steel plate are beveled by beveling machine before welding.
4.Welding:
A.) Welded with mixed gas between argon and carbon dioxide. Argon content:80%.Carbon dioxide content:20%.
B.) Welded by auto-welding machine .
5.Pins:
All of our pins are hardened (to enhance hardness), tempereded(to enhance toughness) and grinded .
So our pins costing is very high and we never had problem with our pins.

We use JAPAN "KANSAI" paint ,they are the supplier of the excavator factory ,like HITACHI ,KOBELCO and so on ,
we can insure the color 100% match with original machines' color,and making sure our paint does not fade during
long time use .
