Kwinbon Antibiotic Residue in Tissues Elisa Test Kit for Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid

Test Principle
This kit is based on direct-competitive ELISA technology. The microtiter wells are coated with Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid antibody. Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid residue in the sample competes with the enzyme conjugate for the antibody coated. Chromogenic substrate is used to show the color. Absorbance of the sample is negatively related to the Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid reside in it, after comparing with the Standard Curve, multiplied by the dilution factor, Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid residue quantity in the sample can be calculated.
Applications
This kit can be used in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Fluoroquinolones & Sulfanilamid residue in chicken, duck and pork.
