LLDPE dip tube making machine is for producing small diameter PE tubes used as spray dip tubes. For example, lotion pump dip tube, cosmetics spray pump dip tube, trigger pump dip tube, etc..The plastic dip tubes are typically produced from LLDPE or PP thermoplastic materials.
Spray pump dip tube making machine adopts high efficiency extruders which specializes designed according the raw material's processing characteristics. High precision gravimeter dosing unit equipped, which not only save raw material cost by 20-30%, but also reduce the machine starting time.
Normal pipe diameter: 6.2mm.
