This machine has the positive coating and reverse coating function, can to be used for kinds of artificial & synthetic leather surface finishing, reverse coating is bottom coating, surface coating and oil, wax processing, and positive coating is dyeing,printing.
Coating weight depends on roller's pattern and size, finishing rotation speed, leather transfer speed and the paste viscosity. Reasonable selection can get satisfactory finishing effect.
The motor reducer directly connects with roller and shaft. Electronic frequency control of motor speed, rubber roller and finishing roller speed in the control panel display and control, simple and convenient.
