Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.

Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
- Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.
- Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material's constant tension control is automatically controlled by Load cell and PLC.
- Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
- Rewind adopts 1pc servo motor (optional is 2pcs), automatic tension is from PLC's calculating.
- Unwind lift adopts pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.
- EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
