The hydraulic tensioning machine has large pulling force, and is flexible and convenient to use. According to the steel rebar tensioning process, there are two kinds of pre-tensioning method and post-tensioning method. The fixture for the pretensioning method can be reused; the anchor for the post-tensioning method will become part of the component and cannot be removed for reuse. Different clamps are often used to anchor various steel bars. Conical clamps are used to anchor steel bars with a diameter of 12 to 16 mm. The clamps are suitable for tensioning low-carbon cold-drawn steel wires in plate-like components. Waveform fixtures can be batched. Tensile and anchored steel wire, screw taper clamp is used for the post-tensioned anchor of the tendon. During the operation, one end of the steel bar is anchored, and the other end is clamped by a tensioner through a clamp. When the heart-type tensioning machine is working, the steel bars are penetrated, the front oil nozzle is opened, and the high-pressure oil is sent to the rear oil nozzle by the hydraulic pump, so that the tensioning cylinder is retracted, and the steel bar is anchored and pulled by the tail anchor. After pulling the required stress value, close the rear nozzle. The front nozzle is oiled, the piston is pushed forward, and the anchor plug is pressed to anchor the steel rod. On the return stroke, the piston is reset by the spring to complete the tension.
