Vegetable and fruit intelligent eddy current cleaning and dehydration line machine features:
1. The whole line is controlled by PLC computer, fully automatic cleaning with two-stage eddy current circulating water, automatic removal of impurities and slag, and automatic sewage discharge during the cleaning process.
2. The coarse washing tank is equipped with a feed water curtain module, and the up and down adjustable water curtain can presoak, disperse and transport the materials in all directions, preparing for the rapid sinking of the materials into the tank, and preventing the materials from floating on the water surface to the greatest extent.
3. Bigger cylinder, bigger output. The main cleaning tank is designed with convective power, three-dimensional and multi-dimensional cleaning, the horizontal vortex flow in the feed part, the horizontal vortex flow in the discharge part to output materials, and the radial spiral propulsion cleaning in the middle, so that the maximum output can reach 3 tons.
4. Intelligent feeding system, preset weight, automatic basket changing and feeding.
5. The production line can be reserved for water intake or pre-cooled water (optional). The production is time-saving and efficient, and it can be used at work without waiting for water intake and cooling.
6. Computer or mobile phone APP remotely monitors and controls synchronously with the control cabinet.
