Large-scale High-salt Wastewater Evaporation Equipment Multi-effect Crystallization Evaporator MVR Wastewater Evaporator is applied in traditional Chinese medicine,bio-engineering, waste liquid recycling, environment protecting, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry to reach low temperature concentration. Especially the liquid with a slower increase of boiling temperature or dilute and easy to evaporate. The Mechanical Vapor Recompressed (MVR) evaporator is composed of the following parts:
Pre-heater: Preheat the feeding liquid to be its evaporating temperature. It is usually tube type or plat type pre-heater that adopted
Heater: The feeding liquid evaporate after exchange heat with heating steam. Equip different type heater according to the property of liquid
Separator: To separate the second steam and liquid. Equip different type separator according to the property of liquid.
Vacuum system: Guarantee the vacuum degree of the whole system. Pump some air, uncondensable gas and gas that enters with liquid to keep a stable evaporation.
Pump: transport the feeding liquid and the condensed liquid. Equip different pump according to the property of liquid. There are centrifugal pump, screw pump and positive displacement pump to be used usually.
Cleaning system: there is CIP cleaning pipes to clean in place and it is easy to operate without dead angle. Because it may cause scaling as evaporation goes on.
Control system: through adjusting the motor speed, valve, flow meter, pressure, temperature and vacuum degree MVR control system guarantees automatic evaporation, cleaning, stopping .fault alarm, protection from damage and dynamic equilibrium.
Compressor system: It is centrifugal type steam compressed be used usually impeller of Compressor principal axis is driven by motor. The feeding steam is compressed into diffuser in the back of impeller under the centrifugal force. The feeding steam enter the middle dilute area of impeller. Fedding steam will be compressed into diffuser continuously as the impeller running. There are higher pressure and temperature for feeding steam because of the centrifugal force. Several pumps will be in series connection in order to reach required pressure and temperature.
