The equipment is composed of welding robot, two-axis truss, intelligent inclination positioner, tendon positioning mechanism and other auxiliary mechanisms. It is suitable for welding of large tanks, cylinders, pressure vessel ring seams, flange reinforcement grouping and welding, and cylinder waist reinforcement welding.
1. Equipped with arc tracking system, torch touch positioning and multi-layer multi-pass welding function, maximum compatibility with deviation of welded parts.
2. Inclination positioner, with inclination + support method, with sensing detection mechanism, real-time adjustment of barrel inclination to ensure accurate weld trajectory.
3. Tendon positioning mechanism with automatic loading box, with servo telescoping mechanism to adapt to a variety of workpiece sizes.
4. With gas pressure detection function, when the gas pressure is insufficient the equipment issues an alarm and stops welding.
