Selective jet wave soldering pot is most suitable for the small batch PCBA soldering, especially for soldering the parts of a PCBA which is SMD+DIP chips mixed. also it is using for repair the PCBA as well.
Feature
1. Add a tin slag storage box, which can automatically lead the tin slag into the storage box while the tin furnace is rotating, keeping the working area clean and sanitary.
2. Equipped with photoelectric sensor switch and alarm device, so that the paint stripping and tinning time can be adjusted within 1~5 seconds, and there will be an alarm prompt (flashing and buzzer) when the time is up, which can accurately control the paint stripping and tinning time , So that it has a good quality assurance.
3. The split type isolates the electrical control part of the tin furnace from the heating part, enabling the electrical appliance to be used for a long time.
4. Use Japan imported OMRON thermostat, which can accurately control the temperature. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the tin furnace is automatically locked and cannot be turned, ensuring the safe operation of the tin furnace.
