Longhua Die Casting Machine was founded in 1982. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales of horizontal cold chamber J11 series die-casting machines, die-casting robots, die-casting molds, and die-casting peripheral equipment.
On December 10, 2005, Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, pointed out when inspecting Longhua that "strengthen science and technology, establish brands, value talents, and independent innovation."
Since 2006, we have established a production base for high-speed and high-precision AI die-casting machines and die-casting robots at the Longhua headquarters in cooperation with "Anhui Institute of Science and Technology", "Hefei Institute of Materials Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences" and other large institutes.
Longhua's die-casting machine and die-casting robot projects have successively won the State Intellectual Property Office: "15 invention patents", "two national high-tech product certificates", "one new product certificate in Anhui Province", "the first set of major technologies in Anhui Province" One equipment certificate, "Enterprise Intellectual Property Standard Implementation Certificate", "Vice President Unit of Anhui Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export", "Vice President Unit of Anhui Cross-Border E-Commerce Association", "1 Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprise Certificate" , "2 CE certification certificates" and other honors.
Longhua die-casting machines are mainly used in industry/road/railway/aviation/aerospace/agricultural machinery/new energy vehicles/cars/aircrafts/aircraft carriers/ships/motorcycles/mopeds/elevator pedals/AT/LED lamp housings/radiators/furniture /Aluminum art/Copper art/Magnesium alloy products/Copper alloy products/Aluminum alloy products/Zinc alloy products/Non-ferrous metal deep processing and other high-precision die-casting products.
