MW5 series products are round type magnets, with this structure, it features strong attracting force, deep penetration force, it is an ideal transportation tool. Suitable for lifting and transporting cast ingot, steel ball, pig iron, mechanical chip, various kinds of steel scraps, return scraps, cropping, baling scraps and etc. Suitable for removing large irons in advance in slag disposal process and lifting and transporting iron powder in the coal washery. Two chamber type outlet box with particular extra-thick outlet box fender and anti-twist setting for outlet cables. There are three excitation modes: rated voltage DC220V mode; strong excitation mode; over excitation mode.
MW61 series products are oval-shaped magnets, it benefits a lot from its structure, when loading and discharging scraps in narrow trunk-shaped container. It is suitable for high efficiently loading and unloading steel scrap in small box-shaped container. For lifting and transporting steel scrap, the electromagnet is normally designed for half-round structure, so called ellipse electromagnet. As the chute dimensions in various steel companies are different, the specification is increased constantly.
Recently years, we have optimized these products on original base, products performance have been reinforced, and we have developed a strong magnetic type for steel scrap. This product can promote attracting force by 25-35%, but its weight only increased guarantee 10-15%. Thus improved working efficiency.
