Introduction
T8261A is low odor gear cutting oil additive package. Sulfated fatty acid ester as the main body, mixed with wear reduction, liquid film forming agent, rust prevention, antioxidant anti-emulsification and other additives, with high polarity, low viscosity, strong permeability characteristics, suitable it is used for modulation of cutting oil of various process gears, effectively prolonging life of hob and broach and improving teeth face finish.
Intermiscibility
T8261A is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
T8261A can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent, it can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 used together.
Application
T8261A is light color, suitable for gear hobbing, gear shaper, shaving, broaching and other gear processing oil modulation, the recommended treat rate is 5~15%.
Specifications
Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.
Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
Package: N.W.200kg / 200L drum.
