A welding operation machine is a specialized device that, in combination with welding roller stands, welding positioners, etc., automatically welds the internal and external surfaces, angular seams, and longitudinal seams of components. It comes in various structural forms such as fixed, rotary, and full-positioning. The structure can be chosen according to the user's needs, and it can be equipped with various welding functions as well as additional features like tracking, swinging, monitoring, and welding flux recovery and conveying. It can also be custom-designed and manufactured for users with specific requirements.
Main Features:
1. Uses imported world-renowned frequency converters: Wide speed range, high precision, presettable parameters, reproducibility.
2. User-friendly operating interface: Simple and convenient to use.
3. Structural forms include: Fixed type, fixed with rotation, and mobile with rotation in three combinations.
4. The lifting device of the horizontal arm is equipped with an anti-fall device, using a pawl mechanism for increased safety and reliability.
5. The front end of the horizontal arm is equipped with a cross-type fine adjustment mechanism, operable on the remote control box.
6. The guide wheel axis is an eccentric wheel, making it easy to eliminate the gap between the roller and the guide rail.
7. Column rotation is available in both manual and electric forms, and the locking mechanism after rotation has both manual and pneumatic options.
8. The electrical components consist of a control box and a remote control box, with interfaces for controlling positioners and roller stands.
