Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe For Concentrated Nitric-Acid Industry

The main structural material is a high silicon cast iron pipe. High silicon cast iron has good corrosion resistance in high and low temperature concentrated and dilute nitric-acid, but it is brittle, heavy, has poor welding performance, is difficult to operate (strictly control the heating and cooling speed), and has poor thermal conductivity.


These pipes are specifically designed to withstand the corrosion caused by concentrated nitric-acid, which is a strong oxidizing acid commonly used in various industrial processes. It has no welds or joints that could potentially be weak points for corrosion. This type of pipe is crucial in chemical processing and other industries where exposure to nitric-acid is unavoidable.
