FRAME
· The main structure of the house unit is a steel frame structure.· Hot-dip galvanized Q235 steel components are applied and welded precisely.
· The surface treatment adopts hot-dip galvanized coating and electrostatic powder spraying,achieving good corrosion resistance for the structure.
ROOF
The roof adopts 100mm thick glass wool insulation material.
The roof panel has good corrosion resistance and reliable waterproofness.
WALL PANEL
The wall enclosure structure uses a 50-75mm thick rock wool sandwich panel with good thermal insulation function.
FLOOR
The bottom floor is 18mm, designed for moisture proof and fire proof, performs well in 5lip-resistanceandabrasion-resistance.
