The Y2 series (frame size: 400-450) low-voltage high-power fully enclosed squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor is based on the Y2 series low power, using new materials and new process design. This type of motor is reliable in technology, and the manufacturing process is level. The shape and structure are the same as the original Y series squirrel cage induction motor. The low-voltage high-power induction motor uses Class F insulation materials, the protection level of the motor is IP55, the installation method is IMB3, and the motor uses the IC411 cooling method. Motor stator: casing processing → punching press → iron core seating → coil making → weaving → dipping paint drying

Motor assembly: stator rotor assembly → machine test → motor appearance coloring → packaging storage
