Q1: How is our packaged and labeled when shipped?
A: All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and
product code to simplify receiving.
Q2:Can I have a sample order?
A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3:What is the lead time?
A:Sample: 10-20working days normally. Mass production time: 30-45 working days
Q4:What are the payment terms?
A:1. T/T or L/C at sight or any convenient payment method.
2. 30% deposit for production,70% balance against B/L of copy.
