The M74000 series machine tools are vertical spindle surface grinder with rotary table.The round electromagnetic workable was applied.The end face of grinding wheel are applied to grinding parts surface.
The grinding head spindle is equipped with high precision bearings, with excellent rigidity and high grinding efficiency.
The suction power of electromagnetic chuck could be adjusted smoothly,and automatic demagnetization.
The three point adjusting structure is applied to vertical column.
The vertical feed mechanism of machine tool adopts servo motor to feed directly, the feed quantity and the total feed quantity are controllable, and the feed completion and automatic alarm function are available.
The appearance of this machine is simple and bright, and it can realize fast and powerful grinding by grinding instead of milling.
The machine can be used for bearing, gear, die frame, saw blade, template, magnetic materials, ceramics, refractory materials, hard alloy, glass and quartz and other industries.
