The MBI5124 utilizes the latest PrecisionDrive technology specially designed driver IC for LED display panels, built-in CMOS shift register and latch function can input the serial data converted to a parallel output data format. MBI5124 input voltage range is 3.3 volts to 5 volts, 16 current sources are available at each output stage
Supply 1~25mA constant current to drive the LED; and the current of the output channel in a single chip
The difference is less than ±2.5%; the difference in output current between multiple chips is less than ±3%;
Output withstand voltage (VDS) change, controlled at 0.1% per volt; and current is supplied
The voltage (VDD) and ambient temperature changes are also controlled at 1%. Users can choose
External resistors with different resistance values to adjust
MBI5124 The current level of each output stage, which allows the user to precisely control
the brightness of the LED. In addition, MBI5124 built-in blanking circuit greatly reduces ghosts
phenomenon. In order to suppress EMI, an interleaving delay effect is added between each constant current output channel.
