1. Description:
Used for welding in all position, it has excellent weldability and is suitable for welding low carbon steel light-gauge sheet or light structrues where beautiful bead apperance is requested. Such as vehicles, building and mechinery etc.
2. Chemical composition
C: 0.10max, Mn 0.39-0.6, Si 0.30max, S 0.03max, P 0.03max
3. Inner packing:
1) 2.5mm x 300mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
2) 3.2mm x 350mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
3) 4.0mm x 400mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
4. Outer packing: 4box/carton 20kg/carton
5. Certificates: ISO9001 and CQC, AWS.
6. The slag is fuil and when hardened. It is compact and easy to remove.
Characteristics
Rutile type, thin coated, general purpose mild steel electrode depositing smooth welds of radiographic quality having good mechanical properties. The slag is thin and easily removable.
