Product Description
MIG longitudinal seam CNC automatic welding machine for steel/stainless steel round tank
1. MIG welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn.
2. Drive device includes motor, straight rack & pinion and linear guide way.
3. Japan OMRON CP-1H 40CDT PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.
4. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders to fix product. Cylinders are used to control copper clamping bar. They will fix longer tank firmly.
5. Push-type wire feeder is installed at the moving arm of the torch holder for short distance wire feeding and give stable feeding.Machine is with high welding voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine is also with low welding voltage and low welding current for filling crater.
