Product Description
Resin column equipment is widely used in the academy ,scientific research institute and pharmaceutical company for the new products and process parameter test and purify.
Resin column is a cylindrical pressure column used for ion exchange reaction. It is an exchange equipment for ion exchange by column method. A cylindrical exchange column is used. The Solution was introduced from one end of the column and contacted with the fixed ion exchange resin layer which was in a dense state in the column for ion exchange.so it is widely used for the purify and refine the extractor solution in pharmaceutical field .
Resin column have the following advantage:
1) designed new pillar construction device with the new structural material ,avoid to wall flow phenomenon.
2) The solution medium flow direction can adjust in forward and backward ,can solve the resin absorption effective
3) Resin column can make in a group system to reality the functional for the Series and Parallel Connections as the different purify process.
4) Equipment can equipped with On-line monitoring and control automatic by PLC/HMI control system
5) column material can be stainless steel mateirla or glass material
6)resin column can be work for single column or several column group work together .
