Scraper evaporator, it is a kind of new type and highly adaptable evaporator, high viscosity, heat sensitive and easy to crystallize, easy toscaling materials are all applicable.Which is mainly composed of heating jacket and scraper, heating steam inside the jacket, scraper mounted on a rotatable shaft, there is a small gap between scraper and the inner wall of heating jacket, usually 0.5 ~ 1.5 mm.After the material liquid is preheated, it is feed from the upper part of the evaporator along the tangent direction. Under the action of gravity and the rotating scraper, it is distributed on the inner wall uniformly and form the underspin film, the raw material is continuously evaporated and concentrated in the falling process. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom and the secondary steam comes out from the top.In some occasions, the evaporator dries the solution and produces a solid product directly at the bottom.
