To complement this, we also utilize two state-of-the-art idler shaft material production lines developed by the illustrious Fuzhou Sanxun, empowering us to manufacture a diverse range of idlers with diameters spanning from φ89 mm to φ219 mm.φ89 mm-φ219mm and a remarkable length range extending from 190mm - 2200mm. Our unwavering dedication to quality is further highlighted by our use of premium special steels for idlers, sourced from distinguished suppliers like Xuzhou Guanghuan and the renowned TISCO stainless steel pipes.
Our relentless pursuit of superior quality drives our specialized straightening of steel pipes. This precision reduces ovality and straightness errors by a significant 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been successfully reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has impressively decreased from 1.0 mm to 0.35 mm; and straightness after straightening is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm.
