Malleable Iron 90R Reducing Elbow 90°.The reducing 90°elbow is one kind of malleable iron pipe fittings, which can connect two pipe joints of the different nominal diameter to make the pipe can be turned 90 degree. Malleable Iron 90R Reducing Elbow is a kind of casting elbow, through melting, annealing, and then machined into pipe fittings. This material pipe fittings have good malleable castability, are relatively easy to process, and have a certain strength. Fittings are used in piping systems with working pressures between 1.6MPa to 2.5MPa.

Air tightness test: higher 20% than EN10242, according EN10242 pipe fittings are test by one of the following methods
a)An internal hydrostatic pressure of not less than 20 bar.
b)An internal pneumatic pressure of not less than 5 bar.
