COLO-1864 Manual powder coating oven is special for small to medium production,the oven internal size is : width1600xdeep1400xhigh1800(mm). It's a trolley type oven,means a group powder coated items put together on the trolley and then push the trolley into the oven to cure all the powder coated items for about 10~15minutes.All the oven material is 100% new we promised,use the 100mm thickness rock woo board which is a good level to preserve the heating.And air ciculation design,by the fan blower working,it makes the temperature is very uniform in every corner in the oven.

COLO powder coating ovens are standardly equipped with two trolleys, inner trolley for loading workparts, and outer trolly loading the inner trolley for outside transportation.
It is an easy transport solution that allows loading of heavy elements using a small amount of force, and takes full utlization of the space for batch production.
Our trolly system ensures high purity painted elements. Custom design is also available to get a optimal use of the entire space of oven.
