Work Principle:
Candle filter (microporous filter) combine by many pieces of microporous filter cartridges (or cover clothes outside the filter cartridges and filter medium), when filtering we should send the slurry into the filter with the pump, the liquid of the slurry through the filter medium into the center of the multi hole filter cartridges, then collect them to discharge from the outlet port of the clear liquid. Before the formation of the candle filter, the discharge clean liquid return to the raw material slurry inlet port then resend to filter as cycle filtering, until the candle filter formed (can meet the filter requirements), provides a signal and the control solution on longer cycle, clear liquid through the three-port valve to the use of next working procedure, then for normal filtering.
