High quality 1 tonne precision control hand crank screw jack for UK customers. Specifications: 1 tonne capacity, translating screw, upright mount, gear ratio 1:6, Tr24x4, stroke 300mm, top plate, two input shafts, attached black handwheels 160mm diameter.
Screw jacks come assembled, threaded, and ready for hookup. Connect a motor or hand-crank shaft to the screw jack shaft to lift, hold, position, and level loads.Manual or optional working speed of screw jacks is chosen according to the table above. As for screw jacks that will be used for motors or reducers, the progress pace, X and Y type, will be determined by our company according to the selected features.A hand wheel is a convenient solution for manually operating a jack when using machine screw jacks in intermittent positioning applications. Hand wheels are available in a range of diameters from 5 to 16 inches and can be adapted for use on jacks up to the 20 tons capacity model.NOTE: Hand wheels do not include a brake and therefore are not for use with ball screw jacks. When using hand wheels with a jack that can back drive (12:1 and lower) an additional locking mechanism may be required to prevent "creep".

1. Note: The dark gray figures in the tables indicates operational restrictions due to thermal limits. Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.

* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
