Handy plate® Colony Count test tablets are prefabricated ready-to-use media products containing standard media, cold water gel, and color indicators.

Colony count test sheet interpretation manual
The total number of colonies test tablets are sterile disposable products prepared under normal temperature and pressure, containing medium conforming to national standards, gel resistant to liquefaction and TTC color indicator.
After culture according to the standard requirements or the culture conditions recommended in the instructions, count all red colonies with the naked eye or with the aid of a magnifying glass. The number of colonies is between 30 and 150CFU.
