5. Properties: Light pink monoclinic fine crystals. Odorless. The relative density is 2.95. When heated above 200ºC, it begins to lose crystal water, and most of the crystal water loses at about 280ºC, and becomes anhydrous salt melt at 700ºC; it begins to decompose at 850ºC, leaving black insoluble MnsO at about 1150ºC breaks down completely. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.
