Quick release mooring hooks systems have been widely used by western port, because of its safety, reliability, feature of laborsaving and shortcut, etc, since it was used on the port firstly in 1904. In the modernized port building and rebuilding of our country, it has become the trend that quick release mooring hooks systems replace the old bitt.
Quick release mooring hooks systems composed by stranded cable structure and release mooring structure, the main functions below:
Reelling the mooring rope automatically. The stranded cable mechine pulls the rope up to the bank automatically. The heavy work used to need two or three people could be finished easily by one people.
Tying up safety and reliability. Under the situation of tying up working, the mechine is in the self-locking state, external force could not pull out the rope from cable hook, safety and reliability of anchoring.
Casting loose quickly. During casting loose, operators turn the control handle to open the locked structure and the anchoring rope will release from hook and cast loose quickly. If emergency such as fire happens on the port or ship, the operator could use the ship leave the parking quickly, so as to guarantee the port or ship safety, avoiding the further extending of loss.
