Marine Power Cable Winch for Shore Connection

 

To achieve the goal of environment protection, the winch is widely applied in the offshore ships' environment-protection power supplying, because it could solve the problem of environment pollution which caused by traditional ships' dynamo-powered pattern.

 

Shore connection cable winch is the interconnecting device for ships to receive high voltage of shore power supply, fiber-optic cable and control cables.

 

Our cable winch for marine is designed, researched and produced by ourselves.

 

The winch has strong ability to away from corrosion. It could be made of stainless steel, or it could be applied with electro galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and marine anti-corrosion layers.

Currently we could provide high/low voltage offshore connection cable winch, and we could customized the winch according to clients' needs.

 

The winch is controlled by electronic control system including relay, contactor, PLC etc. and MODBUS, Ethernet communication interface are optional. Through the communication with ships' shore power control system, and upload the data of winch to the ships and ground electronic control system, to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring and control.

With the function of empty reel protection

 

Maintain the setting tension to avoid release cable over speed, thus automatically protect the cables away from damage.

 

If the cables are over stretch, the winch will cut off the high voltage power supply of ships quickly, so that protect environment effectively.

 

The operation status of winch, feedback of electronic control case and abnormal failure, all could be uploaded to shore power control system.

 

MODBUS, Ethernet communication interface are optional. Through the communication with ships' shore power control system, and upload the data of winch to the ships/ground electronic control system, to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring and control.
