The compact design of our under band depositor enables easy installation and assembly between the baking and return oven band surfaces. The depositor combines horizontal and vertical motion available for the depositing manifolds.
Powerful servo motors ensure high speed capability, accuracy and repeatability paramount for the dedicated production line.
Biscuit indexing and synchronizing control system in operation prior to a PRESSURISED depositing manifold designed for depositing marshmallow, cream, caramel, and etc. Onto the continuous moving rows of biscuits.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
40% by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be issued a L/C at sight confirmed by the Seller's bank, and to be paid at the presentation of the shipping documents.

Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30 days.
WARRANTY:
The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
