Product Description
This series of metal powder spray gun is that uses an oxyacetylene flame to heat the surface of the pretreated workpiece to reach about 300 ºC, and then makes the nozzle away from the surface of the workpiece in 120-150mm , and evenly sprays the self-soluble metal alloy powder on the surface of the workpiece. After the flame melts the surface until in mirror-reflected, then move the melting position gradually , so that the alloy powder and the workpiece base are coated with each other and diffuse each other to form a firm bonding layer. A variety of different alloy powders can be used to obtain a reinforcing layer with different properties such as anti-corrosion and wear resistance.
