Function description
Downstream the HL machine is the washing and drying system, which will be provided to remove the residual emulsion and dust on the sheet after polishing & HL processing. Coolant media for polishing and HL machines is emulsion (soluble synthetic coolant 3%-5%, mixed with water), washing media adopted is clean water.
System will be composed of 3 parts: Primary brushing spraying section, Rinse spraying section, Drying section.
Bottom feeding roll will be driven for sheet introduction, top pinch roll connected with pneumatic for the up and down movement.
Rinse tank will be heated by electrical resistor.
Top frame, water tank and other components which touch the water will be made of stainless steel.
Primary Brushing spraying section
This device will be provided for removing the swarf and residual emulsion on the sheet by high speed brush, spray nozzle cleans the brush in continuous mode. It will be circulation type, consist of brushing rinse tank with internal electrical heating, squeeze roll infeed and outfeed, spray pump, bar with spray nozzle and accessories.
Rinse spraying section
This device will be provided for further removing the swarf and residual emulsion on the strip by high pressure hot water. It will be circulation type, consist of rinse tank with internal electrical heating, squeeze roll infeed and outfeed, high pressure spray pump, bar with spray nozzle and accessories.
