Introduce
The Piezoresistors of Wheatstone bridge are sputtered directly on the 17-4PH stainless steel substrate by using MEMS (micro-mechanical and micro-electronic) technology. The pressure on the substrate produces elastic deformation, outputting millivolt-level signals which are linearly related to applied measured pressure. With the characteristics of good long-term stability, high reliability and small size, QTB251 type elements have been used in a wide range of applications.
