1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?We are a manufacturing factory since year 2007 with abundant production experience.
2. Can you provide free samples, how about the freight?
Yes, we can offer 1-5PCs free samples if we have it in stock. But not including the freight cost.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Depends on transaction amount, 100% T/T in advance in most cases. Otherwise, negotiable.
4. Can you have customised the products?
Yes, we accept ODM&OEM. Products can be customised upon customer's requirements.
5. How long is your lead time?
Generally, 1-3 weeks for regular products, while customised products take 3-4 weeks depending on quantity and order season.
