XPJ995 is a kind of wetting defoamer used in latex industry or water-based dip coating. They are acetylene glycol modified defoamer. The product has excellent foam breaking ability that can control the foam produced by surfactant and remove microbubbles.
Features: Adding XPJ995 to glue bath will eliminate foam caused by stabilizer in glue solution, reduce surface tension of glue solution, enhance migration power
of latex to mould surface, cover mould surface effectively, reduce pinhole and webbed duck and so on, make product thickness even and qualified rate increase.
It is widely used in acid extraction, alkali extraction process defoaming, such as drug extraction, humic acid extraction; Metal cutting fluid, acrylic emulsion, PU coating glue, water-based cutting fluid, water-soluble photographic resin version developer, fiber processing, dyeing processing,treatment fluid defoaming; Aluminum oxide production process aluminum alkali solution defoaming under harsh environment of strong acid and alkali. Add XPJ995 directly in the stirring state, and stir it properly before adding XPJ995; It is suggested that 0.1-0.5% should be added and gradient test should
be done to determine the optimum dosage.
