XPJ920 is a highly emulsifiable liquid defoamer, especially suitable for low viscosity pigment-free coating system and emulsion polymerization process. XPJ920 is used as a rapid emulsifying defoamer in pigment containing system. Because of good solubility, it can be added at any stage of paint production; It can be dispersed in aqueous solution or organic solvent; It can be used in the process of polymer
emulsion synthesis to avoid bubble formation; A good effect can be achieved by adding PVA in aqueous solution and monomer degassing of emulsion polymerization.
This product is especially suitable for low viscosity pigment free coating system and emulsion polymerization process. It can be added at any stage of paint preparation due to its compatibility.
Generally, the amount of finished paint is 0.1-0.5%, and when necessary, the amount can be increased to 1%; If the pigment needs to be dispersed at high speed, it is suggested that the defoaming efficiency can be improved by adding the paint in the blending pHase.
This product is packed in 25KG plastic bucket or 200KG coated iron bucket. The agent is valid for one year if stored at room temperature.
