Our company established in 1995, has more than 10 years' experience in making resistance weld-ing machines and induction heating equipment.
To meet the demand of "Smaller" and "Portable" heating needs, we developed the KIA-1KW mini induction heater with our partner in Europe.
This device adopt Electro-Magnetic induction theory, can fast heat small metal parts on auto or machines. Mainly used for heating Rusted/ Frozen/ Corrosive Bolt, Nut, Fasteners, Suspension Nut, Gears, Pulley, and Bearings etc. Meanwhile, it also can help removing stickers on cars.
Heating Abilities: In around 30 seconds, it can heat a 20mm diameter bolt to a temperature above 300ºC, maximum temperature can reach around 750ºC.
The advantage if using this device is it is totally flameless, comparing with traditional way of heat-ing by fire, it is much safer and of higher work efficiency, without the worry of harming the adjacent area. Light weight, do not need water cooling, and very easy to use.
