CTC-3KW Portable Copper Tube Contacting Machine
This equipment is mainly developed for brazing the copper pipes in small quantity, especially the practical and useful equipment that needs to connect copper pipes when installing air conditioners.
Compared to the traditional flame soldering way which is very dangerous and there are many potential safety hazards, this machine can replace the heating and brazing method of natural gas, coal gas and other dangerous gases. It is flameless, no need to worry about fire hazards, and it is more in line with national safety and environmental protection regulations.
This machine can be used as long as it is powered on, easy to use, no need special training, it can be learned in a few minutes, and no need water cooling, it is very convenient for pipe brazing and tube soldering, especially suitable for connections of various metal pipes at home, outdoor, field, construction sites and fixed industrial welding.
This equipment power has 8-tap position, which can be adjusted in sequence according to different diameter of copper pipe and required heating speed.
