If you receive items by bad condition, such as item surface damage, scratch and some other problem cause by transportation, please feel free to contact us soon, we will try our best to solve the problem, we will need your cooperation to offer us video, photos or your descritpiton to check out technical matters,if lights need new replacement we will send you related parts or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.

Q: What package does your company use?
A: PE bag with kraft carton package ,using the EPE for safeguard,standard carton box suits for exporting,
they will protect the light well.
Q: When will you ship the product after I send the money?
A: It depends the order.Small order will take 2-3 days.
If we have stock of the light,we will ship it in the next day.
Q: If the light has some problems,do you have some after sales service?
A: Yes. First,you need send pictures or videos to let us make sure what's the problem about the product. If this is a problem we can use parts to solve,we will send the replacements in free and bear the shipping fee. If the problem can not be solved, we will give you discounts in your next order for compensation.
