Q: When will you ship the product after I send the money?

A: It depends the order.Small order will take 2-3 days.
If we have stock of the light,we will ship it in the next day.

Q: If the light has some problems,do you have some after sales service?
A:  Yes. First,you need send pictures or videos to let us make sure what's the problem about the product. If this is a problem we can use parts to solve,we will send the replacements in free and bear the shipping fee. If the problem can not be solved, we will give you discounts in your next order for compensation.
